These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”) and SKMAG LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the SkinsMagazine platform, including the purchase, sale, and exchange of digital in-game items made available through our website.

By accessing or using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and any related policies published on the Website.


2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Digital Items” means virtual in-game items, skins, cosmetic assets, or related digital content supported by the Platform.

“Customer” or “User” means any person accessing or using the Website or Services.

“Restricted Jurisdictions” means countries or territories subject to sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions imposed by the United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations, OFAC, or other applicable authorities.

“Steam” means the Steam platform operated by Valve Corporation.

“Website” means the SkinsMagazine platform and all associated services operated by SKMAG LTD.

“Services” means all functionalities, products, trading systems, and digital services provided through the Website.


3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

SkinsMagazine operates as an online platform that enables Users to purchase, sell, and exchange Digital Items related to supported games, including but not limited to CS2, Dota 2, TF2, and Rust.

All Digital Items remain the intellectual property of their respective game publishers and platform owners, including Valve Corporation where applicable.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. All trademarks, game names, logos, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Digital Items are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific items or market conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, limit, or cancel access to the Services at our sole discretion.


4. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction;
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
  • You are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
  • Your use of the Services does not violate applicable laws or regulations.

We may deny access to the Services where required by applicable law or compliance obligations.


5. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Services.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Steam account and credentials;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of trade links and account information;
  • All activities conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to request identity verification, proof of ownership, payment verification, or additional documentation where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed processing, order cancellation, suspension, or termination of access to the Services.


6. ORDERS, TRADES, AND DELIVERY

All transactions are subject to availability and successful payment verification.

Digital Items are delivered through automated trading systems and transferred directly to the User’s Steam account using the provided trade link.

Delivery times may vary depending on item availability, Steam system status, security checks, or technical issues. In certain cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Once a trade offer has been accepted and the Digital Items have been transferred successfully, the transaction shall be considered completed.


7. PAYMENTS

All payments must be completed before Digital Items are delivered.

We may accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrencies, and third-party payment providers depending on availability.

Payment processing is performed by independent third-party providers. SKMAG LTD does not store full payment card details.

You are responsible for any fees, exchange rates, banking charges, or transaction costs imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel transactions flagged as suspicious, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent.


8. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Services, completed transactions are generally non-refundable once Digital Items have been successfully delivered or transferred.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Failed payment processing;
  • Duplicate transactions;
  • Inability to complete delivery within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Technical failures directly attributable to the Website.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible and may require up to 45 business days depending on banking systems and payment providers.

In certain situations, we may provide replacement Digital Items or account credit instead of a monetary refund.


9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Use stolen payment methods or unauthorized accounts;
  • Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the Services;
  • Engage in money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity;

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SKMAG LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill;
  • Trade delays, Steam outages, or third-party service interruptions;
  • Unauthorized account access caused by User negligence;
  • Events outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Our total aggregate liability arising from any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the relevant transaction.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, branding, software, design elements, logos, and materials are owned by SKMAG LTD or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the Website or its intellectual property.

All third-party trademarks and game-related assets belong to their respective owners.


12. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Personal data may be processed for purposes including:

  • Service operation and transaction processing;
  • Fraud prevention and security;

15. TERMINATION

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits either party’s right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
